We are currently looking for a Contracts and Commercial Manager to support our customer in Germany. Contracts and Commercial Manager Key Tasks and Responsibilities As part of the Contracts Commercial Division of our customer you will have the following responsibilities Translating internal and external requirements into proposals by close alignment agreement with all relevant functionsdepartmentsstakeholders Handling and incorporating all issues and obligations deriving from commercial, technical and legal regulationsobligations, RFP, Market prices as well as in alignment with the customers requests expectations Proposing solutions that are adaptable to customers evolving thinking, repositioning of the competition and dynamic environmentmarket changes Drafting and managing proposals, customer contracts and other contractual documents ready for approval Leading the commercial contract negotiations with emphasis on contract terms and conditions supported by legal, compliant with internal and external rules and financial objectives. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience Degree in Business Administration or equivalent Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts Good knowledge of bids, contracts and sales processes Fluency in German and strong English knowledge is mandatory. We are currently looking for a Commercial and Contracts Manager to support our customer in Germany. Commercial and Contracts Manager Key Tasks and Responsibilities Our customer is a European leader in exciting and technologically sophisticated projects in the areas of space transportation and satellites. You will be working onsite you will have the following responsibilities Prepare and issue responses to national and international invitations to bid. This includes the commercialcontractual risk assessment, appraisal of terms and conditions of the Request for Proposal, preparation of the commercialcontractual part of the proposal Knowledge and translating internal and external requirements into proposals e.g. incorporating our customers directives, inputs from financial, cost engineering and technical departments by close alignment agreement with all relevant functionsdepartmentsstakeholders Handling and incorporating all issues and obligations deriving from commercial, technical and legal regulationsobligations, RFP, Market prices as well as in alignment with the customers requests expectations Draft, review, negotiate and manage proposals, customer contracts and other contractual documents Authorizations to Proceed, MOU, teaming agreement, NDA, etc. Prepare commercialcontractual related input for Risk Management Committee approval processes BidTransaction and participate to reviews Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree or equivalent with 3 years experience Professional working experience as a Contract Manager Fluency in English German is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage. Reporting functionally to the Head of Contracts and Commercial TG and responsible for the preparation, negotiation, execution, and management of tenders and associated contractual terms and conditions. Commercial contracts manager for German TG activities, with responsibility to provide commercial support to both project and bid management for the TG Germany organisation, and also to assist the wider Astrium Services ASV group as required.
