For Astrium Services in MunichOttobrunn we are looking for a Commercial Contracts Manager mf. Reporting functionally to the Head of Contracts and Commercial TG and responsible for the preparation, negotiation, execution, and management of tenders and associated contractual terms and conditions. Commercial contracts manager for German TG activities, with responsibility to provide commercial support to both project and bid management for the TG Germany organisation, and also to assist the wider Astrium Services ASV group as required. Your responsibilities will include Act as lead for all transactional issues relating to TG German business unit, acting as the primary point of contact and escalation point to address and resolve any transactional issues Manage and direct the commercial contractual matters during the bid phase Provide all contractual commercial support to the business development teams Provide guidance, support and advice to the project teams to enable them to meet the company process and procedures Analyse and summarize complex contractual issues and to propose pragmatic solutions Provide commercial management support to the strategy for placing subcontracts ensuring maximum flow down of the prime contract terms and ongoing compliance with such terms Participate in collaboration with ASV Legal Germany in elaboration and update of standard contracts and their conditions Reviews and negotiations with potential customersclients and subcontractors as required Weekly and monthly reporting as appropriate to Head of Contracts and Commercial TG and participation in TG Germany management meetings as required Please apply online via the EADS eRecruitment Tool www.jobs.eads.com and attach your CV in German or English.
