000 ABPZ20 KNHC 290519 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 1100 PM PDT Tue Sep 28 2021 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: Showers and thunderstorms associated with a broad area of low pressure located a few hundred miles south-southwest of Manzanillo, Mexico, have changed little in organization since this time yesterday.
