000 ABPZ20 KNHC 201725 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 1100 AM PDT Tue Jul 20 2021 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Felicia, located over 1000 miles east-southeast of the Hawaiian Islands, and on Tropical Depression Guillermo, located over 1000 miles west-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula.
