585 ABPZ20 KNHC 192315 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 500 PM PDT Mon Jul 19 2021 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on recently downgraded Tropical Storm Felicia, located about 1400 miles east of the Hawaiian Islands, and on recently downgraded Tropical Depression Guillermo, located several hundred miles west-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula.
