We are currently looking for a Multidisciplinary Project Coordination Engineer to support our customer in the United Kingdom. Key Tasks and Responsibilities As part of the engineering support to the ECSAT Site, you will have the following responsibilities Supervision, review and quality control of the annual preventive maintenance plan as prepared and performed by the outsourced Maintenance Company operation on site Supervision and quality control of the preventive and corrective maintenance activities performed by contractor companies on site, and assessing the quality of the performed works against the agreed quality levels Provision of support for the project management related to the Facilities Management domain Preparation of the technical description of the work to be performed Launching the procurement process via tender or purchase in collaboration with the procurementcontract team in ESA Support to the bid evaluation and negotiation Technical, Financial and timeline monitoring of the implementation phase Active support to the investigation and analysis of technical failures, identification of corresponding technical solutions and participation to the quality control of the implemented remedial actions Support to rollout of the ECSAT CIFM database and upkeep of the data Adhoc support to ECSAT Site Manager. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience Master Degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience At least 2 years of experience in building infrastructure and facility management Good knowledge of the applicable norms and legislation in the UK Sound analytical skills Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, team spirit, with a real capability and willingness to learn and work in an international environment Good knowledge of MS Office software applications Excel, Word, Powerpoint, MS Project and Lotus Notes Ability to work with the CIFM based on Archibus software is considered an asset Experience of ESA tender rules and procedures is considered an asset Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage. Key Tasks and Responsibilities As part of the support to PRODEX programme at ESTEC, you will have the following responsibilities Providing inputs to and support to the definition of the programme of work for the development of the PRODEX experiments within the scientific institutes, in line with the instructions received from the PRODEX management. This task will include supporting the review of the experiment proposals, the preparation, the implementation and the monitoring of the research agreements between the Institutes and the PRODEX Office Assisting in the preparation, implementation and monitoring of industrial contracts. The CLS Environment Climate Business Unit BU addresses the development of operational services or research activities in the fields of oceanography, meteorology and hydrology. Most of the clients are space agencies, scientists or private companies. Within this BU, the Space Observations pole meets the needs of space agencies CNES, ESA, EUMETSAT, etc. in the field of earth observation by satellites. This pole operates throughout the measurement and data chain definition of missions, instrumental expertise, measurement physics, algorithms and ground treatment chains. The technologies used are multiple nadir and swath altimetry, radiometry, diffusiometry, radar imagery and the associated themes are oceanography sea state, climate, continental hydrology, glaciology,. This involves carrying out studies on different algorithms. Within the Altimeter System unit, CLS is looking for a Project Engineer Study Algorithms Altimetric Radiometric Processing Chains M F Your main mission is to strengthen the current team to carry out activities on current altimetry missions Jason23, SARAL AltiKa, Cryosat2, Sentinel3, CFOSAT, Sentinel6 ..., to prepare future missions SWOT, Sentinel3 NG, CRISTAL, SKIM, etc. and ultimately take responsibility for projects and or studies.
