Williams Restructures Midstream Contracts with Bankrupt Chesapeake

Pipeline operator Williams Companies Inc. said on Nov. 23 it will take ownership of some of Chesapeake Energy Corps assets in exchange for accepting lower gas gathering fees from the bankrupt shale producer.
