After affecting the cotton market, the Uyghurs' fate could now disturb the viscose market after Finnish group Stora Enso suddenly announced it will end its wood pulp activities, including sales to Xinjiang's viscose producers. Our weekly report covers the viscose fiber and spun yarn prices in China, India, and Pakistan. Fiber and yarn prices are compared in the three countries. Cotton linter, cotton pulp, and wood pulp prices on domestic and import markets are tracked. Viscose filament prices are available for China. Modal and Lyocell prices in India are also released.
