Verizon Communications reorganises into Consumer, Business, Media/Oath groups

(Telecompaper) Verizon has reorganised its operations into three customer-facing areas, in order to be ready for 5G. All three of the new Consumer, Business and Verizon Media Group/Oath areas will be supported by a network and IT organization, and corporate-wide staff functions. The changes will go into effect on 1 January 2019, and be reflected for the first time during the second quarter.
