Twitter user growth accelerates in Q2, but revenues, profits fall on weak ad market

(Telecompaper) Twitter reported accelerated growth in users in the second quarter, as more people took to the social media platform to discuss current events. However, the user growth did not translate into more revenues, as the advertising market remained weak during the coronavirus outbreak, and the company reported a loss for the quarter.
