Spains 700MHz 5G auction completes without Masmovil

Spain’s 700MHz spectrum auction has been a long time coming. The auction was first planned to take place in early 2020 but, as was the case in so many markets around the world, the onset of the coronavirus pandemic saw these plans delayed.
