Microchip Technology Inc.(NASDAQ: MCHP), a leading provider of microcontroller, mixed-signal, analog and Flash-IP solutions, through its Silicon Storage Technology (SST) subsidiary, announced today that system-on-a-chip (SoC) designers now have access to SST's unique Smartbit™based antifuse one-time-programmable (OTP) non-volatile memory (NVM) technology on the Altis Semiconductor 130 nm and 180 nm RF CMOS platforms.
