Position Reference 634 We are currently looking for a Senior Galileo Service Operations Engineer to work in the city of Prague, Czech Republic. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Contribute to the Operations Change Control Board by preparing, reviewing and assessing changes to the contractual and technical baseline in the frame of the Service Provision activities. Support the reviewevolution of Service Operator performance through the participation on relevant reviews and meetings and through the monitoring of the Service Provision activities performed by the Service Operator. Coordinate the service improvement process and act as the book captain of the relevant Service Operations Procedure Interface SOPI. Contribute to the evolution and monitoring of the Galileo technical baseline, participating to the Engineering Boards with particular focus on changes relevant to the Service operations contract. Support the Service Provision Manager, in particular in the frame of the Service Operations contract. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory Masters Degree in the relevant discipline. At least 10 years of experience in Service provision andor Operations management. Experience in projects involving several stakeholders, ideally European institutions. Proficient in the English language, both written and spoken. Being organised, dynamic and proactive.
