Your Tasks Main Responsibilities Satellite Lead Systems Engineer and Systems Engineers Main focal point to Project Manager, AIT, PAQA, SCM and Customer Perform analyses of satellite functional, performance and interface requirements Internal customer for spacecraft data bases and simulators Spacecraft Validation and Spacecraft Verification on System Level Work in collaboration with Architects and Subsystem engineers Flow down of the satellite requirements to subsystem level specifications Responsibility on AOCS specification, completion in collaboration with Avionics Architecture and AOCS Department Manage overall satellite design definition and analyses Satellite DDJF Mission performance budgets and technical system budgets electrical power, propellant, telemetry, command, pointing, mass properties Define the satellite configuration and manage the satellite internal and external interfaces Ensure compliance to the satellite technical requirements Define and maintain the Satellite Development Plan SEP that includes satellite AIV Support the generation the AIT plans and operation plans Define Test Specifications for System Level Tests and Verification Create and maintain general system interface and environment specifications e.g. GERD General Requirements Contribute to the project risk management for risks of technical nature Supervise preparation of satellite tests and review of test results Your Qualifications Degree in engineering, physics or equivalent Professional experience in satellite design advantageous Selfmanaged and proactive working style Ability to work in a team Working level proficiency in written and spoken English German and other language skills advantageous
