Rosneft Drilling Again in Arctic Kara Sea after Sanctions Hiatus

Speaking during a televised meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Aug. 18, Rosneft CEO Igor Sechin said that Rosnefts drilling platform was currently operating in the Kara Sea.
