For temporary employment of 18 months the Quality department at OHB System AG in Bremen is looking for a Product Assurance Manager mwd Your Tasks You will be responsible for the definition and maintenance of PA standards in accordance with customer requirements You will be the focal point for all quality related topics towards the customer You will manage the product assurance team of the project You will coordinate experts supporting PA tasks within the matrix organisation You will plan and manage quality activities according to project specific requirements You will plan and chair PA milestones, e.g. EQSRs, MRRs, TRRs and QRs You will support planning and execution of e.g. SRRs, PDRs, CDRs, MPCBs, PCBs, IRRs, TRBs ARs and DRBs You will prepare the project audit plan and will support the auditors during project audits You will implement and control the nonconformance control process. You will organise and chair project NRBs Your Qualifications You have a degree in engineering, physics or a comparable qualification You have several years of professional experience, ideally in Product Assurance in the Space industry or similar experience in monitoring of domestic and foreign suppliers You are used to make decisions and communicate them towards suppliers and customers You are able to interact confidently with customers You are a skilled and confident negotiator with excellent communication skills We expect flexibility, a sense of responsibility, proactive work attitude and the ability to work independently and well organised You are fluent in written and spoken English You are willing to travel frequently
