Police: Drunk driver clipped Nashua police officer in Turnpike breakdown lane

A driver who allegedly clipped a Nashua police officer who was in a breakdown lane on the F.E. Everett Turnpike has been charged with drunk driving, not moving over when passing an emergency scene, and other violations.
