Available in 2xD and 3xD models, Orbital Unified National Fine Thread Mills feature large shank diameters that promote vibration-free machining. Tough micrograin carbide construction with TiCN coating renders mills suitable for use with ISO material types P, M, K, N, S, and O. In addition, short overhang makes tools particularly suitable for machining of challenging materials such as ISO S alloys, materials of high tensile strength, and materials with spring back effect.
