Oracle's then-president Mark Hurd delivers a keynote address during the 2013 Oracle Open World conference on September 23, 2013 in San Francisco, California. Oracle plans to make almost all of its services available via the Internet by mid-October, Co-Chief Executive Officer Mark Hurd said, as the database-software company changes its business model to fit a new competitive landscape.
