Designed for power supply feedback, LIA135 and LIA136 feature 1.6–10 V input range and integrate programmable precision shunt reference in 8-pin package. Error amplifier and shunt reference can operate down to 1.6 V, while 1.299 V internal precision voltage reference with 0.5% tolerance improves power supply accuracy. Optocoupler portions comprise IR LEDs optically coupled to NPN phototransistors; current transfer ratio ranges from 500%–2,000%. LIA136 operates up to 110°C.
