LyondellBasell Plans Quick Sale of Houston Oil Refinery

LyondellBasell on Sept. 8 said it is considering strategic options for its Houston crude oil refinery, including a potential sale. U.S. refiners last year suffered deep losses as the coronavirus pandemic slashed demand for motor fuels.
