Large QEP Shareholder Urges Vote Against Diamondback Acquisition

Citing a recent surge in small-cap E&P company valuations, QEP shareholder Glazer Capital argued the standalone valuation for QEP Resources is now far in excess of the merger consideration offered by Diamondback for the acquisition.
