We are looking for an exceptionally motivated head of project management fmd to join our specialprojects rocketry team. Participate and improve our demanding prototyping efforts that are supported by major, timeandcostcritical test campaigns. You will work in a dedicated, dynamic and international environment that aims for excellence by creating highperformance engineering solutions while keeping prototyping and production costs at an absolute minimum. Your tasks Lead the project team through the planning and execution of our projects In charge of delivering projects with external customers ontime, onquality and onbudget Plan, manage and report status of budgets, schedules, cost of goods, resources and capital requirements for internal and external projects in collaboration with crossfunctional groups Support proposal activity and contract negotiation with customers Recognize project issues quickly, act to mitigate and escalate if needed Prepare cost estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of the project Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks and produce program reports for management and stakeholders Plan, schedule and monitorcontrol program milestones, deliverables and budgets Work with technical project managers to ensure integration of dependencies on the overall program schedule Anticipate issues and risks associated with project implementation and work with functional management to develop strategies to resolve issues and mitigate risks. Manage multiple projects, tasks, priorities, internal expectations and crossteam capacity planning Your Qualifications Space industry project management is a must have Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering, Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline Demonstrated track record with technical program management Proven track record in contract negotiations Previous stakeholder management skills Proven proposal writing experience Business fluent English oral and written all daytoday activities are performed in English Ability to construct workable solutions when presented with multiple and often time conflicting point of views A thorough understanding of strategic and change management with the ability to translate this into appropriate goals, methodologies and strategies for implementation Strong time management, team player attitude and emotional intelligence Excellent interpersonal, leadership, listening and communication skills Cost and risk awareness and business acumen complete your profile
