Fluor Wins FEED Contract for California Carbon Capture Project

Fluor Corp. has been awarded a FEED contract on July 21 for California Resources Corp.s (CRC) carbon capture and sequestration project, Cal Capture, at the 550-megawatt, natural gas-powered Elk Hills Power Plant in Tupman, California.
