TechPubs activities require that the personnel dedicated to develops technical manuals Operational and Non Operational ones are able to use the following editing software Epic Editor PTC, Altova XML Spy, for the creation of Data Modules xml and sgml compliant according to S1000D standard Frame Maker or QuickSilver for the creation of Manuals page oriented ISODRAW, CATIA, ENOVIAVPM for illustration development Furthermore they have to have aeronautical especially avionic one or mechanical degree that able them to readstudy technical documentation like technical drawing and specification, schematics functional and electric one and to translate them in specific procedure and description for Pilots and Maintenance operator to have mechanical and aeronautical technical language properties both in speaking and writing to be able to manage technical documentation in English technical and aeronautical one to be able to manage and grant correspondence of the Operational and Non Operational manuals content with the products according to TechPubs requirements, both for military and civil Aircraft to know current and applicable national Italian regulation for TechPubs development content and format all AER.P family to know current and applicable international standard for TechPubs development like MILM7700, S1000D, ATA 2200 and ATA2300 etc to know and be able to use Simplified Technical English as per STE100 specification to have at least three years of experience in Technical Publication development to be able to integrate information coming from several ad different source to be able to interface with Design office specialist and pilots
