Position Reference 1588 Are you looking for a new opportunity in a fastmoving global company with a family feel? A job where you could have an impact? We are looking for a Documentation Service Controller to work from ESTECs premises in Noordwijk, The Netherlands. The key individual will provide support to Terrae Novae, ESAs Human and Robotic Exploration HRE programme referring to the new worlds from our three exploration destinations Low Earth Orbit, Moon, and Mars. The overall goal of the service is to perform a timely and accurate processing of routine and adhoc incoming information documentation, records management. Supporting the overall knowledge and setting up a culture of best practices in the Directorate for Documentation and Data management, ensuring compliance to security, export control and personal data protection requirements. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Preparing and delivering outgoing information e.g. documentation, records and specified datapackages. Supporting Programmatic and Technical Reviews logistics. Supporting and maintaining HRE Configuration and Documentation processes. Identifying opportunities for improving the informationrecord management process. Supporting HRE documentation training. Supporting knowledge management and lessons learned. Supporting audit requests. Coordinating with the ESA corporate IT regarding the setup of the relevant information management tools e.g. Polaris, SharePoint, MS Teams. Supporting the Directorate Record Officer in their duties. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory A bachelors degree from a recognized university, in a relevant subject. At least two years experience in the following A sound and proven experience in documentation management processes and tools. Proven experience in working in a documentation management or library service. Proven experience in providing a customeroriented service. A demonstrated customer and serviceoriented personality. A working knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken. The following skills and experience would be highly desirable Knowledge of supporting a projectoriented environment.
