Council looks at shutting off street near rail

City officials are looking at permanently closing part of East Meadow Avenue near the railroad tracks in downtown Springdale in part to eliminate a railroad crossing an official said could be dangerous. Aldermen forwarded a resolution to the City Council at Monday's committee meeting.
