We are a wellknown partner of space agencies, industries and research institutions, and we offer toplevel expertise in environment modelling and processing of geophysical observations. NOVELTIS thus helps designing tomorrows space missions, and valorizes current ones. To meet the growth of its activities in remote sensing of the characteristics of the landatmosphere system, NOVELTIS is looking for a Business Unit Manager. Reporting to the Production Manager, you are involved in space missions dedicated to atmospheric physics and chemistry and the valorization of spatial data for the development of products and services. The position includes three main responsibilities 1 Being in charge of the development of the business unit and workload with the support of the Business Developers Team. 2 To manage efficiently the unit 12 pers. and the projects, 3 To contribute directly to the project according to your field of expertise. Skills With higher education 5 years, engineer or postgraduate, you have a significant experience in the management of French or European projects You have gained a technical expertise in the domain of remote sensing from space for the observation and analysis of the atmosphere mandatory. You are well acquainted with the European institutional and industrial context of the development and exploitation of space missions devoted to the environment and Earth science You have proven your ability to manage a team of PhDengineers, to coordinate largescale projects with rigour and autonomy. You are used to deal with customers and are able to adapt to a wide range of technical and relational contexts Fluency in speaking and writing English is required, knowing French is a plus.
