Black Stone Minerals Trims Permian Position with $155 Million Asset Sales

Black Stone Minerals said it entered into two separate agreements to sell certain mineral and royalty properties from its Permian Basin position with the larger of the two involving EnCap portfolio company Pegasus Resources.
