717 ABNT20 KNHC 191721 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 200 PM EDT Mon Oct 19 2020 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on newly formed Tropical Storm Epsilon located over the central Atlantic several hundred miles southeast of Bermuda. A trough of low pressure has formed over the western Caribbean Sea, which extends northward across western Cuba. The associated shower and thunderstorm activity is located along the northern portion of the trough axis where upper-level winds are not conducive for significant development. This system is forecast to move slowly westward toward the Yucatan peninsula over the next day or two.
