172 ABNT20 KNHC 251109 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 800 AM EDT Tue Aug 25 2020 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Laura, located over the southeastern Gulf of Mexico to the northwest of the western tip of Cuba. The National Hurricane Center has issued the last advisory on Post-Tropical Cyclone Marco, located just off of the southern coast of Louisiana.
