Amazon hires 3,000 service agents in South Africa to support customers in NAmerica, Europe

(Telecompaper) Amazon has announced the creation of 3,000 new virtual jobs in customer service in South Africa in 2020. The roles will range from customer service associates to technical experts who will work virtually and provide round-the-clock support to Amazon customers in North America and Europe.
