Clark says CSX will assess all grade crossings in Norwood, Norfolk

St. Lawrence County Legislator Jason A. Clark said that CSX Transportation is planning to conduct assessments of all of the grade crossings in Norwood and Norfolk, and he is optimistic that necessary fixes will be made by the end of next summer.
