It's not just the rail industry that has concerns over the U.S. Department of Transportation's new rules for oil-by-rail transportation. The American Petroleum Institute, the main trade group of the oil industry, petitioned the United States Court of Appeals to block key provisions of the new mandates on Monday, according to the New York Times.
