Heshe provide advice, initiates and monitors the implementation of HR processes, company regulations, legal requirements and shehe moderated, mediated in difficult situations. Main tasks are Active Recruitment of ITExperts and Engineers also from abroad, Erecruiting, database search, Employee Referral Program, Headhunting, present the company on Career or University events Dealing with candidates the employment parameters, providing the contract and support during the Onboarding of New Joiners welcomeday Cooperation with and Consulting of the Managements related to employment law questions, HRprocesses and Change Management Taking care for 100 staff in area of responsibilities, administration from staff hiring till exit, monitoring of deadlines Dealing with and working together with bodies of codetermination e.g. support of 2014 Works Council election Taking over specific HRprojects or themes in the HR team like e.g. employment law, secondment, company pension, Performance Management, etc. Qualifications Experience The ideal candidate will have a University background in HR matters and at least 3 years of handson experience in the areas described Proven experience is mandatory for Recruiting in an international environment.
