Performance assessment and prediction of impairments in navigation and fixed and mobile communication links caused by natural effects. Handson with lab equipment. Specific Competence Requirements PhD or Msc Engineering from a recognised Institution of secondary studies with relevant qualificationexperience in Telecom engineering and radiowave propagation. At least 4 years of previous relevant working experience in the field Telecom engineering and propagation. Experience with navigation techniques and ionosphere associated issues. Experience with multipath issues. Practical experience with software implementation in UnixLinux environment.
