The Philippines' ERC Orders Utilities to Install TOU Meters

The Philippines' Energy Regulatory Commission, on Feb. 9, posted on its website a Resolution directing distribution utilities in Luzon and Visayas to complete the installation of the time-of-use meters for qualified contestable electricity customers under the first phase of implementation of open access and retail competition (OARC).
