Pipeline, stored natural gas will stabilize prices: Heritage Gas

Heritage Gas plans to purchase natural gas in the summer when the price for it is lower, store it and then use it once the expected price will be higher in the winter. Company officials told members of Halifax's Environment and Sustainability Committee that prices have been volatile the past few years because of dwindling offshore supplies, particularly in the winter.
