NEW MANAGER FOR CHS' PAC NAMED Dec. 18, 2014 Source: CHS news release Monica Shelby Spaller has been named senior manager of the CHS Political Action Committee , the federally registered political action committee of CHS Inc. , the nation's leading farmer owned cooperative and a global energy, grains and foods business. "Monica's extensive experience, particularly with political action committees, will be an asset in sustaining the rapid growth of CHSPAC and help expand its scope," said John Engelen, vice president, CHS Government Affairs.
