Marijuana backers ask investors for $28 million

Backers of the push to legalize marijuana in Ohio are seeking $28 million from investors to bankroll their campaign and buy property for growing facilities. And a video has emerged from a key supporter saying that Roger Blackwell - convicted in 2005 of 19 federal crimes related to insider trading - will be an investor if the measure is improved.
