000 ABPZ20 KNHC 011135 TWOEP TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 500 AM PDT SAT NOV 1 2014 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Vance, located several hundred miles south-southwest of Acapulco, Mexico. An area of low pressure located about 1200 miles southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula is producing a few disorganized showers and thunderstorms.
