Jay Gandhi, Ph.D., regulatory affairs manager at Metrohm USA (Friendswood, TX) received ASTM International Award of Merit and accompanying title of fellow for his work on ASTM Committee D19 on Water. ASTM member since 2003, Gandhi contributed to development of several standard test methods and interlaboratory studies related to inorganic constituents in water. He has also developed several industry and market-based applications using instrumentation during his scientific career.
